To make a booking:

Your reservation will be held for a maximum of five days pending receipt of a completed booking form and AUD 20% per person non-refundable deposit. Balance is required 60 days before departure and a reminder will be sent to you prior to this. Payments not received by the due date may be treated as cancelled and subject to cancellation fees. All fares are in Australian currency and supersede all prices previously advertised. Credit Card charges apply.

Cancellation Charges:
60 (or more) days before departure………………….Loss of deposit
30-59 days before departure…………………………50% of total ticket price
Less than 30 days before departure………………..Full ticket price

Included in the price: As per “Inclusions” in the itinerary. Not included are items of a personal nature, such as telephone, laundry or gratuities, drinks at bars, mini bars etc; and all extra communication charges incurred on a client’s behalf. Note: Laundry & gratuities are included in African tours.

Baggage allowance:
Baggage is restricted to 10 kg per person plus a small carry-on bag for Australian tours. For Australian golf tours the luggage allowance is 10kg per person + full set of golf clubs (in a pencil travel tube, which is supplied if required) and 15kg in total for African tours. Bags must be soft sided sports or duffel bags – no hard suitcases. Over-limit luggage cannot be carried. Baggage is at ‘owners risk.’

Important Information Exclusion of Liability:
1. Whilst Air Adventure Australia will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, it accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment experience by passengers due to circumstances beyond its control. Air Adventure Australia further accepts no liability for any loss beyond its reasonable control and provides no warranties in addition to those set out under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and nothing herein restricts any passenger from exercising their rights and remedies pursuant to law.
2. These tours include the services of operators other than Air Adventure Australia eg. hoteliers, airlines and optional tour excursions, which are not under the direct control of the Air Adventure Australia, and whilst Air Adventure Australia takes all reasonable care in selecting these operators, it cannot accept responsibility for those operators’ conduct or the conduct of their representative employees or agents or for any ramifications of that conduct.
3. On tours including activities such as trekking, swimming, golf and snorkeling, passengers accept that degrees of risk are involved.
4. No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of Air Adventure Australia, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. Air Adventure Australia will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour.

Travel Insurance
We require you to carry travel insurance to cover you against such things as personal illness or accident, cancellation, loss of baggage etc. Air Adventure Australia can assist with this. Unfortunately it is necessary for us to strictly enforce cancellation policies as the reservations we make on clients’ behalf are subject to onerous cancellation fees.

Conditions of booking:
It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide us with accurate information in the booking process. Any errors in names resulting in change fees will be passed on to the passenger.
The company will act as your agent and introduce you to the transportation companies, hotel contractors and the like who may provide you with the services and facilities referred to in the itinerary applicable to this tour.

All prices quoted in this brochure, including fares and tour costs, are those current at the date of publication and are subject to alteration at the absolute discretion of the company, and in particular, but not limited to, when there are tariff or fare variations or currency fluctuations. However, we guarantee that once your full fare has been received by Air Adventure Australia there will be no increase in the cost of your tour. Any increase will be absorbed by us. Every effort will be made to follow the itinerary as laid down in this brochure. However on some occasions, it may be necessary for the itinerary to be amended due to operational requirements, weather conditions or any other factor that adversely affects the operation. The company reserves the right to make such amendments to the itinerary which will always be in the interests of your comfort and safety, and of equivalent interest or standard. The company reserves the right, without payment of compensation, and whether before or after the commencement of travel, to exclude any passenger if the passenger may appear likely to endanger the health or safety or impair the comfort of other passengers. He/she may be asked to leave the tour immediately. We reserve the right to cancel any tour if the minimum number is not reached; after consultation with the clients we may transfer them to another departure with similar inclusions. It is the responsibility of the passenger to supply an accurate body weight as part of the booking process and adhere to luggage weight restrictions. Air Adventure reserves the right to use any photographs taken on tour as promotional material; discretion will be exercised.

Insurance:
With regard to the insurance cover on passengers boarding, flying or deplaning our aircraft, under the Australian Civil Air Carriers Liability Act, the Liability Insurance Cover and Third Party Insurance Cover are to the same extent as all of the major Australian domestic air carriers who provide regular passenger transport services nationwide.

Aircraft:
In the unlikely event of aircraft unserviceability, it may be necessary to substitute aircraft to maintain the advertised itinerary. We reserve the right to utilise any type of twin-piston, or single-turbine aircraft. At all times aircraft used are certified to meet the strict conditions laid down by Australia’s civil aviation safety authority (CASA). The Outback Jet is our primary aircraft and is operated by Armada Aviation who carry an Air Operators Certificate. In the event of maintenance it may be unavailable. At all times an aircraft of similar standard will be selected. Where possible this will be made clear prior to departure. These conditions cannot be varied or altered or waived by any servant or agent or representative of the company or by any person providing services and facilities. The company will not be bound by any representation purported to have been made on their behalf unless they confirm or have confirmed, or made a representation in writing.
