After a brief 35 minute flight, touch down either directly at Brown Brothers Milawa Airstrip (weather dependent) or Wangaratta Airport. Transfer the short distance to Pizzini Winery, King Valley and enjoy morning tea on arrival. Then cook up some traditional Italian fare at the A tavola cooking school with Katrina Pizzini.
After your cooking class you’ll get to taste Pizzini’s award winning wines in their barrel room before enjoying the fruits of your labour and dining on the incredible Italian food you mastered in your cooking class, plus some extra delights made by Kristina herself. All enjoyed with some delightful Pizzini wine.
Visit the famous Brown Brothers winery – one of Australia’s leading family-owned wineries. Experience a private, tutored tasting in the Brown Family Cellar whilst hearing fascinating stories behind this 125 year old winery.
