What takes 5 hours by road will be just 50 minutes land in Coonawarra and enjoy a behind the scenes tour down to Wynns barrel room, and don a lab coat and create your very own, unique Coonawarra red wine blend which you’ll get to take home with your own personalised label.
A brief seven minute flight is all it will take for you to arrive in Millicent where you’ll visit Mayura Station. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with champagne and given the history of Wagyu Beef. Enjoy a three course lunch to showcase the diversity of this premium beef product, one course including Mayura’s Signature Brand 9+ cut, which retails at $250/kg. Each course is matched with a museum release Coonawarra fine wine.
